Description
A World Series Champion will be crowned this weekend at the 7th Annual 2D Sports Coach Pitch World Series in Lafayette, LA. This 4-game guarantee World Series event is open to 7u -14u teams. With all-turf fields that can withstand the elements to guarantee a great World Series, and GameChanger stats for every game, players will enjoy top-notch conditions and real-time performance tracking.
Our onsite director ensures a well-run event, featuring awards like Home Run Chains, Championship Rings, and Tournament MVP rings. Plus, we’ll recognize the top statistical performers from the weekend on our social media accounts following the event. Don’t miss this chance for exceptional competition and memorable moments.

Skills Competition/Opening Ceremonies: Thursday, June 12 from 6-8. Registration by COACHES ONLY no later than Tuesday, June 10!
Tournament Format: Two pool play games, then double elimination
Pay at the Plate: $45
Cashless Gate: Debit, Credit, ApplePay or Google Pay. No cash accepted.
Admission Fee: Daily entry is $16, Senior Citizen/Military $12. $45 NONREFUNDABLE Weekend Pass & 10 & Under FREE. Skills Competition entry is included in the Weekend Pass IF purchased at the Skills Competition on Thursday. Skills Competition ONLY tickets $5.
Skills Competition will consist of a team defensive competition and individual competition for the fastest man.

Team Defensive Competition- The pitcher will throw the ball to the catcher to start the clock and the clock stops when the left fielder throws the ball to the catcher and the catcher steps on home plate.
7-8u- Pitcher>Catcher>3rd>2nd>SS>1st>RF>RCF>LCF>LF>Catcher
Fastest Man: Coaches can nominate up to 3 players on their team. Each player will run from home to home to determine the fastest man of all of their age group!
*Pin trading will take place during the skills competition*
SCHEDULE will be released Wednesday, June 5th by 3:00pm
